    About the Company: This high-profile organization is currently seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Reward Manager. As the Reward Manager, you will lead the strategy and administration of various reward programs, including pensions, payroll, and salary sacrifice schemes.

    • Coach and support the Reward Team, enhancing their understanding of reward schemes and policies.
    • Contribute to gender pay gap analysis, equal pay audits, and other equality-related initiatives.
    • Lead salary reviews, benchmarking, and surveys to ensure competitive compensations.
    • Manage payroll services efficiently to guarantee accurate and timely payments.
    • Oversee sacrifice schemes and taxable benefits administration, such as P11D management.
    • Manage the organization's pension scheme effectively, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
    • Ensure compliance with auto-enrolment legislation and pension requirements.
    • Lead, manage, and motivate the team, addressing training needs for optimal performance.

    Successful candidates must have extensive experience in leading teams in reward, pensions, payroll, and benefits. Strong legislative knowledge and CIPP qualification are desirable.
