- Deliver strategic advice and guidance to clients for optimal solutions and outcomes.
- Design, implement, renew, and service global and strategic programs.
- Support the efficient delivery of global services through Aon's global network relationships.
- Negotiate policy wordings and handle credit risk and limit issues.
- Manage claims submissions and the claims' broking process.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate policy documentation and provide clients with necessary training and guidance on policy terms.
- Gather and analyze relative statistical details, submit to the market, and prepare renewal reports.
- Prepare for and attend client and insurer meetings, as well as follow up on meeting notes and actions promptly.
- Provide clients with advice on market developments and share insights on market trends to enhance the overall value proposition.
