    Description

    Company Overview:

    We are currently working with a leading Staffing and Recruitment company who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their Central London team.

    With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and innovation, they are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to manage our financial processes effectively.

    As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts from clients.

    Chase overdue invoices via telephone, email, and letter within agreed timescales.
    Monitor and maintain credit limits, ensuring they are appropriate and adhered to.
    Work closely with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
    Identify and escalate potential credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure.
    Assist with month-end closing processes and contribute to the improvement of credit control procedures.
    Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
    Strong understanding of credit control procedures and best practices.
    Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
