    Job Description

    Senior Manager, Lead AI Archtiect

    Up to £110,000

    London (Hybrid, 2 days on-site)

    The Company:

    This company is one of the largest consultancy groups globally, this role is based heavily within their AI & Data Team focusing on Insurance.

    They are looking for a Senior Manager to lead a team of highly skilled data scientists based in the UK branch. They are at the forefront of technical advancements and are looking to expand further into the LLM, deep learning, and AI space.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be a leader, focusing on staying on top of the latest trends in the space such as AI and LLMs, and guiding the team where to implement them.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, advising on innovation and pitching strategic solutions where to implement AI to solve.
    • Manage a team of 2 data scientists exploring opportunities for growth whilst working a 50/50 split of technical work and leadership.
    • Providing proof of concepts, proving value, and creating scale-up solutions more robust.
    • Lead

    Requirements:

    • MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
    • Experience in stakeholder management with effective communication skills.
    • Technical capability of LLMS and NLP with proven experience.
