    If so, you might be our Event Operations Manager.

    CFO Insights is Northern Europe's largest CFO forum and aims to connect and develop CFOs, finance leaders, and tomorrow's innovators by addressing the issues of the future CFO.

    CFO Insights is part of United Media ( which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

    As our Event Operations Manager, you get the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the greatest conferences across our portfolio companies.

    An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and scale-ups where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matters to the businesses
    Travel opportunities
    A chance to work closely together with our CEOs and CPOs on conference strategies
    Your responsibility will be to help our portfolio companies create the greatest conference experiences, which entails that you:
    Source, compare, and find the best suppliers for various event needs.
    Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers for add-ons, branding materials, and other event requirements.


    Event Planning:
    Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    Maintain inventory tracking and regularly update event inventory sheets.
    Monitor our CRM system
    Experience/knowledge in event planning, client management, and supplier research.
    Experience with graphic design software such as photoshop, indesign, illustrator is a plus.
    Have a UK work permit
    Flexible
    Monday - Friday we work from our office and do not offer remote work. #
