    Description

    This major global Management Consultancy are currently looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join their international team, where you will take the lead on providing end to end Internal Communications services to two of their key global business services lines.

    In order to secure this Global Internal Communications role you will need experience in the following areas:
    A communications professional with experience gained from with a professional services and/or highly regulated industry sector.
    Experience of developing compelling value propositions for internal communications/services/campaigns.

    Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to grasp business objectives and translate into actionable technical and functional requirements.

    Strong influencing and communication skills to act professionally, calmly and persuasively when dealing with key internal stakeholders.

    Comfort with wide variety of cultural differences and skill sets and ability to work a flexible schedule to interact with colleagues in other time zones around the world.

    Proven ability to create, engage and maintain a strong professional network to achieve corporate goals.

    Things my client would like to see:
    Diploma or undergraduate degree preferably in a communication related qualification.
    MS Office - most importantly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    MS SharePoint
    MS Teams
    Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

    This is a relatively new team within this major global management consultancy and as well as leading the end to end Global Communications across two of its key business lines you will also have the opportunity to work with the other Internal Communications Managers to evolve the capability by identifying new channels.
