    About the role:

    As a Head of Growth, you will be a part of the Paid Media Teamresponsible for reshaping the narrative in the ecom space.

    You will helpshape key priorities for growth of BM Digital clients. Reporting to andworking with the VP of Growth to form strategies and execute against clientgoals.

    You will set and own the client growth strategies, including themedia budgets, and the end-to-end delivery of all paid media activities.

    You will operate within a best-in-class channel management team to drivemarketing strategy, creative development, budget and planning, execution,analysis, optimization, and growth across paid media channels.

    Responsibilities:


    Lead and own the acquisition marketing strategy and multi-milliondollar budget for the direct to consumer business, including setting theS&OP new customer forecast and media budgetMake hiring, training, & team expansion decisions, including howmany people we need at what level, who owns what channels, how often theyswap channels, etcDefine the roadmap and OKRs for acquisition holistically, and for eachchannel working with a team of direct reportsOwn our channel reporting, attribution modeling, and CPA goal settingto achieve desired IRRsProvide visibility throughout the organization on the health and statusof acquisition programs, including weekly recap reports with summarydigest, guidance on volume relative to plan, monthly growth analyticsmeeting prep and reporting, creative learning sharing, create testlaunches, etc.

    Provide guidance for the team, and run the weekly acq. team meeting,creative prioritization meetings, and ideation/brainstorming sessions.
    Support acquisition team members and continue to drive a culture ofcontinual analysis, testing, experimentation and optimization.

    Set the standard for good channel management on the team, andpersonally manage some of our acquisition channels in a hands-on capacity.

    Partner with agencies and other external partners, negotiating andworking to get the most for our investment and building strong long-termrelationshipsRun development conversations and plans with direct reports, makedecisions on raises and comp adjustments for the acquisition teamFrequent checking in on performance vs.

    expectations (i.e. 1-1meetings)Passing ownership of channels to CM, while staying accountable forresults.


    Ideal candidate:
    Prior E-commerce experience;Prior experience as a Head of Growth, or any similar role;Someone who has a creative and innovative approach toproblem-solvingThinks and acts like an ownerKnows how to prioritize one's own and team's workHas the ability to navigate levels of abstraction with easeIs a lifelong learner with an innate curiosity (always asking"why")

    Someone who will challenge conventional wisdom to find the rightanswerHas a generally positive upbeat personality, is not a"downer" or low energySomeone who will find it effortless to establish trust-basedrelationships with clients to better serve their organizationsCompensation:
    This is a full-time, contracted role. Candidates should be prepared tooperate as self-employed contractors.

    The compensation range is $120K – $200K USD annually whichincludes base, commission and equityLocation:
    Our team operates completely remotely, allowing you theflexibility to work from anywhere. We prioritize creating a comfortable andsupportive work environment for all.
