    Description

    We are seeking to appoint an experienced Data Manager.

    King Solomon High School is a unique and wonderful Jewish secondary school, set in the London Borough of Redbridge. Our school is inclusive, and our students and staff come from a range of cultural and religious backgrounds.

If your answer is yes to all of these questions then you might have found the perfect role and be the right person to join the school's newly appointed Headteacher in leading this school out of Requires Improvement. The Data & Systems Manager is responsible for the following.
  • The school's management information systems
  • Assessment/exams, reporting and data systems
  • Assessment/exams analysis (using SISRA and ALPS)
  • Student target grades
  • Year 7 transition data
  • The student and workforce censuses
  • The school timetable (with support), curriculum modelling, options and setting processes.
  • Creating and running periodical reports on behaviour, staff absence, attendance and cover.
  • Being the data protection officer and managing all subject access requests.
  • Data reporting to the DfE
  • Line managing the exams officer
  • Training staff on the use of data and reporting systems
  • Other data related tasks. The school is currently going through a period of rapid improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead real and meaningful change, lead innovation and be part of a great success story. The newly appointed Headteacher is ambitious for the school's future, strives for excellence and has high expectations of staff and students. The school is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Fairlop underground station on the central line. On Fridays the school day ends at 1.20pm, which is an excellent staff wellbeing provision.
