    BTR Account Manager| Home Made

    We're looking for experienced real estate professionals from Sales, Lettings or even BTR interior design, who are looking for an opportunity to be a part of a Property Technology business that is changing the way people experience the rental process.

    This role, is a great opportunity for someone to own and drive key client accounts internally and externally.


    Client Management and Onboarding:

    Act as the primary point of contact for our BtR property clients, managing their accounts from onboarding to ongoing support.

    Provide expert advice and recommendations on industry best practices, market trends, and asset optimization strategies.

    Reporting and Analysis:
    Generate comprehensive reports that offer deep insights into the performance of client portfolios.

    Analyze data on occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and maintenance issues, providing actionable recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

    Cultivate and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and partners. Collaborate closely with these stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize value for our clients.

    Sales Funnel Optimization:

    Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates.

    Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand.

    Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

    Project Management Support:
    Provide project management support for key initiatives and special projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

    By leveraging your strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and client-centric approach, you'll help Home Made maintain its position as a leader in the industry.

    Monday to Friday 9-6 (mix of office and field based)

    Office location:
    London Southwark, 1 day a week work from home post probation (close to Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations)

    Salary:
    £35K-40K base salary (based on experience) + commission OTE £85K
    Must have atleast 3-4 years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
    Have a strong ability to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset
    Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
    Exceptional organisational and time management skills
    Project Management
    Annual Leave: 24 days leave + your birthday off
