Harnham is working with one of the UK's largest retailers.
They are looking for an insight manager to lead a range of research projects to understand the consumer and influence commercial decisions.
The role will working across the marketing and product teams looking to deliver research on loyalty, marketing effectiveness and brand.
THE ROLEnYou will:
nYou will lead ad-hoc insight projects to answer a range of business objectivesnUtilise first party and third party research analysing data to provide useful insightsnTurn insights into compelling narrativesnYou will lead mixed-methods research projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running of the research projects and a happy client throughout.
nYou will be encouraged to contribute to their collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEnYou will need to have:nMust have strong experience in Quantitative Research and some qualitative research experiencenA good background on the agency side or on the client-sidenA background in retail would be preferablenExcellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic – with clients and co-workers.nBrand tracking and brand communications experiencenIdeally full service research experience, Project Management as well as Insight.
