    Description
    ProblemShared is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join the People team.

    We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one.

    We are looking for someone to play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts. ProblemShared is a key innovator in the rapidly expanding field of digital mind health.

    We are a practitioner-led, CQC-regulated, digital mind health provider, working with a community of expert practitioners to broaden access to the highest quality care for people across the UK.

    By leveraging technology, we aim to provide scalable and personalized solutions that enhance mental well-being and bridge gaps in mental healthcare delivery.

    We work in partnership with institutions such as the NHS, insurance companies and universities to deliver therapy, psychiatry, neurodevelopmental assessments and post diagnosis care for adults, children and young people.

    We also know that everyone has a life outside work, so we're happy to discuss flexible working. Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred.
    Experience in the healthcare recruitment sector preferred.
    Happy to work and conduct meetings on Microsoft Teams
    Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (We use Teamtailor ATS).
    Work closely with the HR team to understand the hiring needs of various departments- Clinical and Non- Clinical

    Source candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, professional networks) as well as through direct sourcing techniques.

    Gathering and attaching appropriate Training Certification and redacted reports for Clinical Roles
    Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
    Maintain the candidate database and keep track of all candidate interactions and progress.
    Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing candidate communication.
    Assist in organising recruitment events and job fairs as needed.

    Work with the Talent Acquisition Managersto ensure approved marketing content is shared on our Socials as appropriate to promote- e.g.

    - Live roles, recruitment events/fairs, or other marketing collateral as directed by the Team

    Working hand in hand with the Recruitment Team in our fast paced environment to recruit the best candidates for our business.
