As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period "H7", Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 – The Queen's Terminal.
As the Document Control Manager within our PMO, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation, management, and control of project documentation across the Programme.
This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of 3 day in the Heathrow office.

Role Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in document control or records management, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
• High level of analytical and numerate skills and well versed in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & power BI.
• Proficiency in document control software and systems (e.g., SharePoint).
• Breadth of experience across whole project lifecycle (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation/Commissioning processes)
• Relevant experience within a Multi Discipline, Engineering Project Management or Project Control environment.
