    Description

    A company in Manchester is in search of a skilled Reward and Benefits Advisor to join their HR team for a period of six months on a contract basis.

    Joining the HR Reward team, the Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting several exciting reward projects over the upcoming six months. The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in rewards, preferably acquired within a collaborative setting, along with exceptional communication abilities. They should also be knowledgeable about essential benefit procedures and have proven experience in executing reward projects and benefit schemes.

    This role presents a distinctive chance to acquire global experience in rewards and compensations at a developing company, getting involved in significant reward initiatives.

    The flexible working policy will enable the successful Reward Advisor to work from home and the Manchester office, splitting time evenly between the two.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Offer assistance to the Reward & Benefits team in addressing employee, partner, and broker inquiries regarding global benefits
    • Collaborate with the Reward and Benefits Manager to provide support and analysis on annual reward activities
    • Support in global salary surveys, annual benefit renewals, and related tasks such as proposal preparation, renewal communications, and data documentation
    • Contribute to the global service and fee earner salary review process, including benchmarking and modeling
    • Conduct initial analysis on Reward and Benefit data to identify insights and trends, and assist in providing context
    • Work closely with the HR Data & Systems team

    Required Experience

    • Prior experience as a Reward Advisor
    • Robust experience in managing employee benefits
    • Experience supporting annual salary and bonus processes is beneficial
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and efficient data interpretation skills
    • Capability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
