    As a result of internal promotions, we are offering the opportunity to join our Operations/Technical Centre as a Risk Events Manager.

    You will be playing a key part in the management of business incidents, by highlighting issues, and managing the process improvement and customer solution.

    This role will involve working with various Stakeholders including Business representatives, tracking actions, and completing root cause analysis.

    Producing Management Information to be shared with senior Diligenta colleagues
    Analysing error trends, providing feedback, and implementing improvement activity to reduce defects by initiating process changes and/or providing technical training
    Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for projects affecting BaNCs ensuring work undertaken is technically compliant and that risks are identified
    Actively involved in the oversight process for the Incident process, to ensure high quality and consistency of Incident Managers
    Have experience working within Life and Pensions
    Possess compliance and legislative awareness
