    Your Role: As a trusted advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with leaders and teams to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
  • Collaborating with managers to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Leading initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organisation.
  • Providing coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

    • What We're Looking For: We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for people and a strong background in HR. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in HR or related roles, with a focus on building strong partnerships and driving organisational change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a desire to stay informed about emerging HR trends and best practices.
  • A genuine passion for creating a positive work environment where every individual feels valued and supported
