- Work closely with the product team to fully understand product capabilities and features. This also includes having a deep understanding of product performance metrics to help drive marketing strategies.
- Be the central point of communication for coordinating the efforts between product, marketing, and sales.
- Work with the wider marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches to drive growth in our key geographies
- Report how we're tracking towards the target and evolving the strategy based on market response.
- Work closely with the demand gen team to produce training material for sales enablement.
- Identifying and acting on key differences between North American and European-based target audiences and competitors.
- Crafting differentiated and resonant positioning & messaging informed by thorough knowledge of our industry, our customers, and our competitive landscape.
- Partnering closely with the sales team to help them surpass their targets — including building out materials like presentations and one-pagers, and enabling the sales team to use them effectively.
- Deeply understanding our customers, developing insights on personas, buyer journeys, and ideal customer profiles, and educating the company on those insights.
- Gathering feedback from customers, prospects, and partners to inform product strategy, refine messaging, and identify opportunities.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing roles, with at least one role in B2B SaaS. You should know what great looks like, what playbooks to use, and how (and when) to go beyond the traditional playbook.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills as well as the ability to present to key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure performance.
- Strong strategic skills and a holistic understanding of go-to-market functions.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer data platforms is a plus.

The role
We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our scaling tech SaaS business in the short-term rental industry. An interest in the industry is required but no prior knowledge is necessary.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the development of our go-to-market strategies for Minut's products, services, and features across marketing channels. You will create and track marketing initiatives to increase awareness, discoverability, and consideration of Minut against a series of KPIs. You will develop value proposition and messaging frameworks, and drive articulation of product portfolio positioning aligned to Minut's key goals. You will help build a product our customers love: collaborate closely with product & engineering to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on the competitive landscape and customer feedback. You will be autonomous with an entrepreneurial spirit and unafraid to get your hands dirty.
