    £26,000 per annum - **Pay Award Pending**
    Sleepover Rate: £12.00 per hour

    At Community Lifestyles, we are dedicated to crafting and delivering top-notch, tailored services that empower individuals of all ages with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives, as active members of their communities.

    Aside from offering direct assistance to individuals, some of whom may have complex needs, the key duties of the Team Leader position involve aiding in organizing, coordinating, and overseeing service provision to individuals, as well as supervising and managing staff members delivering assistance to these individuals.

    We are presently on the lookout for Team Leaders who are highly driven, self-assured, and passionate social care professionals capable of:


    - Making a commitment to individuals, empowering each person we support to utilize their talents, realize their aspirations, and take charge of their lives.


    - Approaching their daily responsibilities creatively and flexibly to offer positive guidance and support to their team, effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks.


    - Collaborating with our Community Development Workers and others to help leverage community resources and enhance independence.


    - Being dedicated to their own growth and progress.

    The role involves evening and weekend shifts, possibly entailing sleepover duty/waking night support, along with providing assistance to staff outside of 'typical working hours'.

    Our employees are our most valuable resource, and as such, we provide extensive training and development opportunities, including assistance in obtaining an SVQ 3 and PDA Supervision qualification in Health and Social Care.
