    Job Title: Agile Coach at Sainsbury's


    We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team as an Agile Coach at Sainsbury's. As an Agile Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of agility across Sainsbury's Tech, working with teams to build effective technical and business practices.



    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Support the development of agility across Sainsbury's Tech by working with teams to build effective technical and business practices for early and continuous delivery.
    • Facilitate continuous improvement in ways of working across Sainsbury's Tech through catalyzing effective and sustainable change.
    • Showcase emerging agile tools and techniques to support effective adoption in practice.
    • Collaborate with leadership, teams, and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities across Sainsbury's Tech.
    • Build an effective agile community of practice to share knowledge and experiences across the organization.
    • Develop a coaching strategy aligned with Sainsbury's Tech vision and strategy.
    How You'll Succeed:
    • Build strong relationships with teams to drive continuous improvement.
    • Engage with teams to offer support and challenge for honest reflection.
    • Develop a high performing agile coaching capability.
    • Stay connected to evolve new ways of working to enhance coaching capability.
    • Demonstrate effective coaching practices to drive business, technical, and change catalyst improvements.
    Key requirements:
    • Knowledge and experience in applying Agile/Lean/DevOps principles.
    • Proficient in coaching, mentoring, teaching, and facilitation skills.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and matrix structures.
    • Innovative and focused on continuous improvement.
    • Ability to lead and motivate as a coach.
    • Understanding of technical and business agility practices.
    • Experience in enabling transformation across teams.
    • Evidence of coaching skills at a senior level.
