Job Description

What Your New Role Entails:

Lead the Design Build team for Water Engineering in Ireland.
Collaborate with key clients and contractors.
Drive growth and development of the design-build portfolio.
Manage strategies, bids, and project delivery.
Oversee relationship management and governance.
Contribute to various projects and initiatives within the Water Ireland sector.

As a vital member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

Growth:

Enhancing the design-build portfolio.
Maintaining strong relationships with contract partners.
Developing the design-build delivery team.
Aligning strategies and leading bids.
Exploring new opportunities and strategic pursuits.
Supporting key clients in Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Delivery:

Leading design-build and major projects.
Assisting in financial planning and growth targets.
Promoting a safety-first culture.
Managing resources, recruitment, and compliance.
Ensuring quality and governance standards.
Providing guidance to the team and fostering engagement.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing programs and projects to support the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Degree in engineering or construction.
Chartered status or progressing towards it.
Proven experience in design delivery within a design-build setting.
Strong contract and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in team development, commercial, and risk management.
