    Default job background
    Description

The primary duties of the post include management responsibilities for patients on the cardiology wards during 9am-5pm during the normal working weekdays.

Manchester Foundation Trust operates Cardiology Services on Wythenshawe and Manchester Royal Infirmary sites.
For example, these could include exposure to cardiology outpatient clinics, catheter laboratory procedures, and outpatient cardiac diagnostics. The level of involvement in these activities would be commensurate with the individuals' level of training.

All pre-MRCP candidates will have the opportunity to join the Trust's MRCP training programme in conjunction with other Trust clinical fellows.

The primary responsibilities of the successful candidates are the care and management of cardiology inpatients on the cardiology wards, including peri-procedural care of patients undergoing procedures in the cardiac catheter laboratory.
