    Job Advertisement: Teaching Assistant Level 3

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Veritas Education is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant Level 3 at a local Blackburn with Darwen Primary School. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our flexible team and support the educational journey of our students.

    Position Details:

    • Start Date: As soon as possible
    • Working Hours: 8:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
    • Contract Basis

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize specialist skills, training, and experience to support pupils in their learning journey.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students.
    • Foster productive working relationships with pupils, serving as a positive role model and setting high expectations for achievement.
    • Actively promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom environment.
    • Provide consistent support to pupils, recognizing and responding to their individual needs effectively.
    • Encouragecooperative interaction among pupils and engage them in cooperative learning activities.
    • Promote independence among pupils and employ strategies to recognize and reward self-reliance.
    • Provide constructive feedback to pupils regarding their progress and achievements.
