- Manage and deliver major works, cyclical maintenance, and investment programs, ensuring value for money and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee external contractors, guaranteeing high standards, adherence to regulations, and cost-effectiveness
- Lead a team of professionals and drive a positive, performance-oriented culture.
- Has a proven track record managing major works, cyclical repairs, and stock improvement programs in residential housing.
- Is a strategic leader with experience in managing contractors and delivering high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Possesses a strong commitment to resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Is passionate about sustainability and driving positive environmental change.
- Holds a Chartered Institute for Housing Level 4 qualification.
