This position is based at Gatwick Airport, managing two very successful stores.Job Scope and Main ResponsibilitiesA Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance, and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.
A store manager is expected to improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership, and development of the people in their team.
As a EssilorLuxottica ambassador the store manager will role model the EssilorLuxottica values and the Sunglass Hut culture.ResponsibilitiesOversee the store's day-to-day operations.
Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered.
Ensure costs are kept to a minimum and stock loss is in within company guidelines.
