    Business Development Manager
    IT Services and Telecommunications
    Hybrid Working in Burton
    £30k-£40k basic with up to Double OTE
    This is an exciting role for candidates with previous telecommunications sales experience. There are excellent progression opportunities with a company that is growing rapidly.
    The company experienced huge growth last year and are very much scaling

    The role is new business focused and you will need to be proactive in your approach and possess a hunter mentality.


    The Company recruiting for the Business Development Manager:
    Company has grown considerably in the last year
    They are a market-leading business in their space and have an excellent reputation in the market
    Recruiting for ambition, personality, and attitude
    Fantastic role for someone looking to sell IT services/Telecommunications
    Looking for candidates with previous experience so they can hit the ground hitting

    The Role:
    Responsible closing new business opportunities through cold outreach
    Strategic conversations at senior level within organisations
    Negotiating contracts
    Holding meetings and liaising with SDR's
    Proactive outbound new business outreach
    Experience with necessary sales tools is essential
    Excellent opportunities to progress

    The Candidate:
    You will need to have some previous B2B telecommunications experience
    12 months closing experience
    Above all, you will have a proven track record, be keen and new business focused
    Hunter, honest, trustworthy and desire to make money

    The Package:
    £30-40k with up to Double OTE
