    We have a new vacancy for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our friendly Finance team at our head office in Cheltenham.

    This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified management accountant to join us and further develop their career.

    In this role, you will work closely with our Management Accountants in the production of management accounts, ensuring accounting policies are followed and an accurate presentation of performance is reflected.

    Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring balances and movements are understood and supported with backing schedules.
    Ensuring all required practice information to support management accounts is collated e.g. practice reports, associate pay adjustments, KPI information, cash and banking, debtors and creditors.

    Working with Finance Business Partners to resolve practice queries, identifying opportunities to improve processes to reduce the number of queries each month.

    ACA / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified accountant
    Strong IT skills, especially in Excel

    We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham.

    This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home.

    Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
