    Account Director - B2B (Social/Content Focus) - Hybrid Working, London - Up to £60k

    Are you an accomplished Account Director ready to step into a pivotal role within a leading social and content agency? Seeking a dynamic Account Director to spearhead client engagement strategies and lead innovative campaigns across various platforms.

    As this Account Director, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing captivating social and content campaigns, leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding results for diverse clients.

    With a focus on B2B engagement, you'll harness the power of platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more to elevate clients' brands and achieve impactful outcomes.

    Responsibilities of this

    Account Director:
    Lead client engagements, from conceptualization to delivery and performance evaluation, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Develop and implement comprehensive social and content strategies tailored to B2B clients, leveraging insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance.

    Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creatives, planners, and strategists, to translate client objectives into compelling campaigns and initiatives.

    Provide mentorship and support to junior and senior colleagues, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.

    Requirements of this

    Account Director:

    Proven track record in a senior account management or director role within a social and content agency, with a focus on B2B clients.

    Extensive experience across various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and more, with a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices.
