    Description

    Mixed Tax Manager Opportunity

    Join a fantastic accountancy practice based in Sevenoaks with a very strong reputation across Kent, the South and nationally, serving interesting businesses in the entrepreneurial and technology sectors.

    This role offers exposure to various areas of corporate tax, including EIS, EMI, and R&D, as well as opportunities in restructuring and corporate finance tax work.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting with tax advisory work on EIS and share schemes
    • Supporting in Mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, and tax due diligence
    • Preparing R&D tax relief claims
    • Handling corporation tax computations and returns for larger companies
    • Supervising junior staff members
    • Managing a personal tax portfolio

    The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified with a background in corporate or mixed tax. They should possess advisory/planning tax experience gained in an accounting or tax boutique firm.

    Benefits include a salary range of £55,000 - £75,000, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, life insurance, private medical coverage, company pension, employee assistance program, parking, and additional flexible benefits.
