    Description

    You may be a Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner with a background in either charities and/or social enterprise work, and who is looking to join a top tier team.

    You will work closely with the Head of the Team, supporting junior Lawyers and focussing on complex work.

    The team have specialist charity advisors, they work with a full range of national charities including RSPB and private schools.

    They have a full overview of the landscape of charity law, they can support governance and manage risk, offer clear, detailed advice and solutions beyond the matter at hand.

    The team is spread across several of our offices, so you could be based in either our Central England office in Northampton, Cambridge, Cheltenham, Cardiff or London office.

    Advise on a range of legal issues within charity / social enterprise
    Contribute to business development opportunities and identify networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing and cross selling
    Supporting and training junior members of the team
    Can demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
    Willingness to nurture and teach junior members of the team
