- Diagnosinghardware issues with corporate issued devices and managedprinters.
- Addingusers into specific security groups and changing passwords onMicrosoftAzure.
- Preparingand ordering new equipment including laptops and mobile devices fornew starters and internalchanges.
- Provisioningsim cards and new connections for corporatedevices.
- Remotelywiping hardware and terminating user access following the leaverprocess.
- Contributingto the creation and maintenance of knowledgebasearticles.
