    Our client is a leading international law firm seeking an enthusiastic and supportive Recruitment Manager to join their growing team in their London offices on a permanent basis.

    The main responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager will be to become a proactive member of the UK Recruitment team, mentoring and developing more junior members of the teams as well as partnering with key stakeholders to deliver business services recruitment for the firm across the UK.

    Duties will include:

    • Recruiting fee-earning staff ensuring the recruitment of the best candidates who are suitably qualified and experienced.
    • Taking responsibility of the recruitment of fixed term contract workers and act as a point of contact for the duration of their contract.
    • Managing and leading a team of 2 Recruitment Advisors.
    • Working with senior leaders across Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment and HR to develop the UK Recruitment function.
    • Working with recruitment agencies to ensure terms and conditions are understood and followed.
    • Conducting and facilitate fair selection interviews as part of the recruitment process as appropriate.
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and become a project lead to deliver change within the team.

    The Recruitment Manager will ideally have substantial in-house recruitment experience, ideally gained within the legal sector. It is essential to strong written and verbal communication skills especially in dealing with senior stakeholders,

    be able to manage competing demands and priorities along with expert interviewing skills ensuring fair selection and best practice methods and the ability to coach and advise others. The right candidate will have a commercial outlook, work well within teams, have excellent attention to detail and be pro-active.
