    Our client is seeking a talented Financial Controller to join their dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing success.


    As a Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to work within a Group Finance function, collaborating closely with the Head of Financial Reporting and Operations.

    This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated and driven individual to play a key role in shaping financial strategies and driving business growth.

    Your responsibilities as the Financial Controller will include:

    Prepare annual statutory accounts under FRS102 and lead contact during audits.
    Assist in various aspects of the Pension Scheme, including cash flow analysis and deficit reporting.
    Manage annual corporation tax.
    Ensure compliance with all tax deadlines and requirements, including US tax compliance.
    Identify and pursue opportunities for efficiency and process improvements within Group Finance.
    Handle ad hoc finance and business projects.
    Provide ad hoc reporting and support to the Head of Financial Reporting and Operations, and the CFOO.

    To be considered for the role of Financial Controller, you will:
    Possess strong technical knowledge with previous statutory reporting and tax experience.
    Have a strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
    Be able to deal effectively with both financial and operational management and staff at various levels.
