- Manage frequent phone calls and emails from customers
- Prepare/monitor/process sales quotations and orders for spare parts, recommended spares and kits
- Monitor and progress all outstanding customer enquiries with purchasing/engineering/production/affiliates/Ishida Japan
- Monitor and update outstanding spares orders on the ERP system on a daily basis
- Raise and receipt purchase orders to cover spares orders and transport
- Liaise with customers, agents/distributors and regional offices on all issues regarding spares
- Communicate deadlines and sales goals
- Promote and administrate new iCare website
- Plan and organise promotions to increase the sale of spare parts
- Visit customers if required
- Provide quality customer service and effectively handle customer enquiries

Main Purpose of the role
Coordination for quotations and sales within aftersales relating to spare parts, spares kits & recommended spares.
Primary Responsibilities
