    Job Description

    Job purpose

    We are looking for a detail orientated HR Associate to join our HR Operations team for a 3-month fixed term contract from July October 2024. As a HR Associate, you will provide accurate and effective HR administration to support the onboarding of a cohort of new joiners to Evelyn Partners.

    Good communication and stakeholder management is essential as you will work alongside a variety of HR teams and have regular contact with our third-party screening providers.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all administration related to the employee lifecycle including producing contracts of employment and all associated new starter activities
  • Maintaining all new starter and employment changes on the HR services systems
  • Keeping all necessary teams up to date on the progress of the new starters
  • Responsible for the completion of all auto-enrolment activity and communication of any pension changes to appropriate providers, managing all colleague and financial queries regarding pension contributions.
  • Support the HR Business Partnering team in general information gathering and admin support.

    Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong administration experience is essential, HR specific administration preferred
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of onboarding new employees preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
