    Basic salary range for Senior Consultants is £30k-£35k and for Principal Consultants is £35k-£45k plus a threshold-free, uncapped commission structure.

    An experienced recruiter who sees recruitment as a long-term career, and wants to focus on excellence in everything they do, whilst working in a grown up environment
    We're also open to hearing from people who have worked in Supply Chain or Logistics and want to make the move to recruitment, in particular we'd be interested in someone who has done a Business Development Manager role or Account Management role in a 3PL/logistics/tech provider
    Someone who is ambitious and driven – we've got big plans and we want someone who can help us get there
    Someone who places an emphasis on quality – we want someone who really cares about building partnerships with clients and candidates, and who loves to do recruitment in the right way
    Someone who is resilient – recruitment isn't life or death but it's still tough – we need someone who can bounce back when times are difficult and keep a positive working environment
