    Description

    About the role:

    As a Head of Growth, you will be a part of the Paid Media Team responsible for reshaping the narrative in the ecom space. You will help shape key priorities for growth of BM Digital clients. Reporting to and working with the VP of Growth to form strategies and execute against client goals. You will set and own the client growth strategies, including the media budgets, and the end-to-end delivery of all paid media activities. You will operate within a best-in-class channel management team to drive marketing strategy, creative development, budget and planning, execution, analysis, optimization, and growth across paid media channels.

BM Digital has global offices in New York, London, and Hong Kong. Responsibilities:
    • Lead and own the acquisition marketing strategy and multi-million dollar budget for the direct to consumer business, including setting the S&OP new customer forecast and media budget
    • Make hiring, training, & team expansion decisions, including how many people we need at what level, who owns what channels, how often they swap channels, etc
    • Define the roadmap and OKRs for acquisition holistically, and for each channel working with a team of direct reports
    • Own our channel reporting, attribution modeling, and CPA goal setting to achieve desired IRRs
    • Provide visibility throughout the organization on the health and status of acquisition programs, including weekly recap reports with summary digest, guidance on volume relative to plan, monthly growth analytics meeting prep and reporting, creative learning sharing, create test launches, etc.
    • Provide guidance for the team, and run the weekly acq. team meeting, creative prioritization meetings, and ideation/brainstorming sessions. Support acquisition team members and continue to drive a culture of continual analysis, testing, experimentation and optimization.
    • Set the standard for good channel management on the team, and personally manage some of our acquisition channels in a hands-on capacity.
    • Partner with agencies and other external partners, negotiating and working to get the most for our investment and building strong long-term relationships
    • Run development conversations and plans with direct reports, make decisions on raises and comp adjustments for the acquisition team
    • Frequent checking in on performance vs. expectations (i.e. 1-1 meetings)
    • Passing ownership of channels to CM, while staying accountable for results.
    Ideal candidate:
    • Prior E-commerce experience;
    • Prior experience as a Head of Growth, or any similar role;
    • Someone who has a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
    • Thinks and acts like an owner
    • Knows how to prioritize one's own and team's work
    • Has the ability to navigate levels of abstraction with ease
    • Is a lifelong learner with an innate curiosity (always asking "why")
    • Someone who will challenge conventional wisdom to find the right answer
    • Has a generally positive upbeat personality, is not a "downer" or low energy
    • Someone who will find it effortless to establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
    Compensation:
    • This is a full-time, remote role
    • The compensation range is $120K - $200K USD annually which includes base, commission and equity
