The role
You will lead end to end recruitment for our Customer Experience Centre, as well as providing ad hoc support to other UK recruitment as directed by the TA Manager.
We are looking for a fresh approach to our candidate journey, finding new and innovate methods to attract and engage our future talent. Experience in talent acquisition in this environment is essential as you will be responsible for redesigning the talent strategy for the Customer Experience Centre. You will need to design, create and implement new routes through from attraction to offer, embracing new technologies and methodologies. Working in conjunction with our business clients, you will revolutionise talent acquisition across volume teams.
It's not just LinkedIn (which we use a lot by the way); you'll also know how to use all the other social tools available to talk to our audience. It's also more than just posting ads, you'll know how to engage with the right audience and create interest and excitement in Hiscox as a place to build a career.
We need a skilled researcher, someone that understands the customer experience centre market and able to find candidates who are not actively looking. You will be comfortable and confident in making direct approaches. You'll also need to know when you need support and it's time to reach out and work with one of our agency partners.
You will be providing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, from job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, partnering with hiring managers, extending job offers and closing roles. You will be used to being very self-sufficient as this is a stand-alone role where will design and do, source and report.
The pace within this part of Hiscox is consistently intense and you must be prepared to roll up your sleeves to manage the high volume of roles in a difficult recruitment market. You'll help promote best practise ensuring candidate experience is a priority and that recruitment tools and processes across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle (attraction, and selection) are upheld. You'll have to work collaboratively across the business, building and maintaining strong working relationships with people at all levels of seniority. It is a varied role, from directly sourcing candidates to providing bespoke advice on attraction and selection methods.

As this role is focusing on customer service centre talent you must have knowledge of and experience recruiting in this market.
Direct sourcing capability including search techniques across various online and social media platforms is a must have, as is the ability to engage with people and create interest in Hiscox.
You'll jump at the opportunity to work with and influence senior stakeholders and have the ability to build trust and credibility. You'll be personable and engaging with a proven record of strong relationship building.
You won't be phased having to juggle competing deadlines and priorities and will be able to do this while balancing all your stakeholders needs.
