    Job Title: Storey Asset Manager (FTC)
    Department: Storey

    LOCATION: Marble Arch and Storey sites

    REPORTING TO: Head of Storey

    TYPE OF CONTRACT: 12-month FTC

    THE ROLE

    This is a diverse role which requires both an operational mindset and asset management and analytical skillset. Working with the Head of Storey, you will be responsible for the oversight of the Storey Portfolio working closely with Community Managers, Property Management, Leasing, Development, and Finance.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive performance from Storey Club and be the primary point of escalation for the onsite team
  • Oversee business rates and mitigation activity with our external advisors
  • Interaction with our existing occupiers to ensure that we understand and can meet their evolving needs as well as deliver high levels of customer satisfaction as part of a co-ordinated CRM strategy
  • Provide effective analytical support as well as contributing to design and operational decisions for underwriting pipeline assets
  • Work alongside Leasing team to develop and deliver the leasing and pricing strategy
  • Work alongside Sustainability team to deliver against Storey's pathway to net zero
  • Identification and delivery of commercial optimisation projects (e.g. refined service packages, fabric refreshes)
  • Support Property Management / Community Managers on operational issues to optimise performance of each Storey floor
  • Work with the team on strategic initiatives as and when required (e.g. pipeline analysis, technology upgrades)
  • Have a detailed working knowledge of the various Management Agreements to ensure compliance against the obligations
  • Work with the other asset managers in the wider team to ensure best practices and learnings are shared across the portfolio and there is consistency of approach where appropriate

    • ABOUT YOU

  • Real Estate background preferred with a good understanding of the industry, in particular the office and flexible workspace sectors
  • Good numeracy, with a high attention for detail
  • A proven track record of identifying opportunities to add value and delivering against targets of financial outperformance
  • Ability to take ownership and manage complex projects
  • Ability to work as part of team or individually to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to prioritise work with competing deadlines in order to respond to the changing internal environment
