    Part Time - 3 days a week
    Wellcome is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships.

    We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate.

    These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won't be solved by science alone.

    We are looking for a n experienced project manager , with a background in social research to join our team on a permanent three - day per week job-share basis.

    Your job-share will also work three days a week and you will overlap for one working day.

    You will join the Public Initiatives team to co-manage the delivery and dissemination of the Wellcome Global Monitor (WGM), the world's largest global survey on public perceptions of science and health.

    As a part of this new team, you will play a critical role in building Wellcome's brand and driving action on the most pressing health challenges of the 21st century.

    You will work alongside a talented group of individuals in the wider Brand team to build awareness and understanding of Wellcome's mission , beliefs , and values among new and existing audiences.

    This is a unique opportunity for a project manager with a passion for making a difference to join a team that is dedicated to developing a brand that will help build a healthier future for everyone.

    Utili s e your expertise in strategic planning to deliver a complex research project from question development to publication and dissemination .

    This is an ideal role for someone who has experience of using data to tell powerful stories about social issues .

    An experience d project manager with a proven track record of delivering complex social research projects and managing external suppliers .

    A strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling and leveraging data to create social impact.

    An enthusiastic and motivated individual with an interest in brand and communications, eager to learn and contribute to the development of Wellcome's brand.

    Marketing and/or brand management experience is desirable, but not essential .
    Our Hybrid Way of Working

    We understand that our colleagues have commitments and personal interests outside of work and we strive to build a flexible working environment, in which people can perform at their best.

    We are currently working 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our Euston Road offices w ith the remaining 3 days from home.

    From September 2024 this will change to 3 days in the office and 2 from home (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
