    Job Title: Digital Sales Manager

    Location: Chester

    Our client is a leading multidisciplinary agency, home to a team of 55 specialists in strategy, design, digital, social media, 3D animation, photography, video, and motion services. Located in the heart of Chester city centre, we boast a global clientele, particularly focusing on industrial and manufacturing brands. Their mission is to develop marketing strategies that achieve unparalleled ROI for our clients, with services ranging from rebranding and commercial strategy to integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.

    The Opportunity:

    In line with their rapid business growth and digital expansion, especially into CRM and marketing automation, they have a pivotal role available. As a Digital Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth, contributing significantly to our ambitious financial goals. This role offers the chance to spearhead new business initiatives, carve out our digital offerings, and cultivate a new revenue stream, ultimately shaping the future growth of our agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with senior leadership and the digital team to refine our digital products and offerings.

    Implement and manage CRM data inputs and marketing automation, in coordination with the web, search, and content teams.

    Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing automation program for clients to boost lead generation.

    Engage our existing client base to highlight the benefits of our services, fostering our client as their preferred service provider.

    Lead a lead-generation team, employing strategies and best practices to attract and engage new customers, thus meeting digital revenue goals.

    Provide weekly financial performance updates to the senior leadership team.

    Craft detailed proposals and actively participate in pitches.

    Build and maintain enduring client relationships within the industrial sectors we cater to.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving profitability and meeting targets.

    Deep understanding of digital tools and platforms, such as CRM automation and HubSpot.

    Ability to uncover opportunities within our existing clientele, with a keen understanding of their needs.

    Interest in industrial manufacturing and alignment with client objectives.

    Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to relationship management.

    Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating retainer contracts.

    Availability to travel within the UK, Europe, and USA on a monthly basis.
