    Salesforce is in search of an ISV Premier PAM with the drive, expertise, and flexibility to oversee some of our most profitable ISV partnerships in EMEA.


    Direct Relationship Management:
    - Cultivating robust, high-level relationships with designated ISV partners.
    - Collaborating with partners to devise and implement effective go-to-market strategies aligned with both Salesforce and partner goals.
    - Achieving or surpassing quarterly and yearly revenue targets through efficient partner management and strategy implementation.

    Territory Strategy:
    - Crafting a comprehensive strategy for the territory considering partner strengths, market opportunities, and Salesforce objectives.

    - Coordinating with internal teams like Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, and Operations to synchronize efforts and boost partner success.


    Ambiguity Management:

    Capably navigating through potentially unclear or changing scenarios, and making decisions that promote partner and Salesforce success.

    This prominent role at Salesforce calls for an ambitious and seasoned individual to handle crucial partnerships and steer revenue growth. The Salesforce Global Technology Partnerships team nurtures, expands, and executes ISV partnerships worldwide for Salesforce. These collaborations drive revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, provide innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform, and set us apart from the competition.

    We aim to establish a team of savvy, reliable partnership sales professionals dedicated to transforming the ISV sales and software landscape.

    Precise forecasting and territory planning

    • Introduce new innovative solutions/applications developed on the Salesforce platform within your territory
    • Promote the Salesforce Lightning Platform and its complete range of IP to partners
    Account planning (including GoToMarket planning) and execution abilities

    The capacity to collaborate with executive leadership teams

    Competence in selling both application bundling and platform deployment

    8+ years of experience in solution sales, specializing in selling OEM, ISV, or direct software or SaaS solutions or related areas

    Consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to explain a compelling return on investment value proposition

    Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
