Your tasks
TEAM RESPONSIBILITY: You'll lead and develop our UK country team, which is responsible for our clients e-commerce activities in the UK market. You'll optimize internal processes and structures in alignment with our global operations teams and manage the project coordination within the team.
MARKET DEVELOPMENT: In cooperation with your team, you'll further develop the UK market within Remazing. You'll win new clients to create their e-commerce success stories, and you'll take care of maintaining a long-term relationship with all of our partners. You are responsible for the UK P&L and for defining key marketing investments in the Country.
MARKETPLACE MARKETING: Youll become an expert in overseeing and handling our clients' Amazon and other marketing activities. Youll gain an in-depth overview of the success factors for growth on Amazon and other marketplaces to be able to derive successful and sustainable strategies.
STRATEGIES: Youll use large amounts of high-level data to develop strategies for our partner brands and take care of the internal structure and project management within your team regarding those strategies.
REPRESENTATION: You are the main contact person for national and international strategic leads and clients regarding their scope of cooperation with Remazing, in the UK marketplaces. You are responsible for ensuring that your team implements the relevant marketing measures and nurtures a long-term relationship with UK clients.
Your profile
WORK EXPERIENCE: You have a degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a comparable background. You gained at least 3 years of work experience in e-commerce and media advertising, preferably in areas of online marketplaces and retail media.
LEADERSHIP: You have experience in leading and motivating a team of professionals, preferably from the e-commerce industry. You are interested in challenging yourself to become a better leader and motivator on a daily basis.
ANALYTICAL MIND: You have a proven track record of making business decisions with a data-driven approach. You understand the main online marketing and media KPIs and know how to interpret and derive action steps from them. Your analytical skills are such that you can lead a team into thinking in a data-driven way in their day-to-day.
ORGANIZATION & MOTIVATION: You keep calm even in stressful situations and always act client- and problem-solving-oriented. You understand what it means to join a growing company and are ready to support with the appropriate mindset.
COMMUNICATION: Demonstrated excellence in communication with internal and external partners, impeccable English language, and strong presentation skills. You have a proven track record in preparing and leading business presentations and pitching to external partners. Preferably, you have experience in building a professional network in the industry.
