    Your role

    Do you enjoy problem solving? Do you have strong analytical skills and apply attention to detail when managing projects? Do you want to play a key role in how we make and execute strategies to differentiate our business in Group Legal?

    We are looking for someone who can:

    • drive revenue generating and efficiency improvement opportunities for the Global Digital, Information and Data Legal team, leveraging different functional teams and their value add to the Group Legal Function and overall Firm

    • develop high-quality presentations to drive decision making with senior management

    • facilitate key projects and prioritize ad-hoc topics of Digital, Information and Data Legal team that impacts multiple functions within the team

    • collaborate across multiple functions and locations and work with Global teams to achieve business targets

    • ensure regulatory requirements (local and global) and UBS policy requirements are fully integrated into our processes

    • coordinate and drive wide range of tasks such as planning, analytical, administrative, logistical or quality control to ensure a smooth day to day business operation

    Your team

    You will be working in the Global Digital, Information and Data Legal team. It is full of a highly diverse group of professionals, with a very high energy and vibrant atmosphere.
    You will be interacting with other business managers in the other regions/divisions and Legal COO function. You will work across the broad portfolio of activities, such as managing workforce, financials, business analysis, risk management, internal communications, projects and general administration. You will be interacting with and supporting senior management and dealing with a broad variety of management topics. You will be part of a team of highly skilled specialists who work alongside our global colleagues in a challenging and rapidly changing environment.

    Your expertise


    • 5-7 years of relevant working experience, preferably inclusive of business and stakeholder management, comparable roles in Financial Industries or Consulting would be a plus

    • strong knowledge of MsOffice, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

    • well organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple initiatives at the same time

    • a reliable personality with strong interpersonal skills

    • strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with peers and stakeholders at all levels

    • risk, project, people management and business analysis experience

    • strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels in the organization

    • strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting capability and synthesizing skills

    • driven, resourceful and self-directed

    • ability to work equally well independently or as part of a dynamic team structure
