About Daniella La Sala:

I am 23 year old based in Surrey. I have a background in HR and Recruitment, however my passion is social media and marketing/events. I am looking for a role In this industry as it suits my creative mindset and skillset. I am a bubbly, confident character and am always thinking of fresh ideas to input.

Experience

I currently volunteer as a Social Media Assistant for an Instagram page called ‘Sayitloud’ which is a support network for sexual violence survivors. I am confident using canva to create different posts and share these on the platform. 

I have also ran my own Instagram account, partnered with over 100 fashion brands, ranging from huge global fashion brands such as SHEIN to large fitness brands such as Fabletics and many more. I have experience creating and posting content, engaging my audience, reviewing my insights and understanding my engagement rates, as well as knowing how to create paid adverts etc. 

I have also helped to organise and run events during my previous office roles. Working closely with the marketing departments, contacting clients and suppliers, booking venues, creating and sending out invites, creating and putting up posters, organising catering etc.
