At British Airways I have had the best possible training at the Global Learning Academy at Heathrow and previously at Crainbank.

I have had 3 different titles Purser Role / Customer Service Lead and Inflight Lead, all senior cabin crew positions.

At my time with British Airways I mainly worked as the in charge crew member in the First Class cabin. I worked on many Royal flights and also looked after many A list celebrities and dignitaries.
