    Who we're looking for

    We are looking for a visionary Head of Sales, capable of establishing and scaling the sales function from the ground up. This position is not just about maintaining relationships but about forging new ones and radically transforming how IP services are sold and delivered.

    The ideal candidate will be charged with building the Sales Team, strategizing and executing Sales plans, and directly contributing to the company's aggressive growth targets.

    • Develop and implement strategic Sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
    • Build and manage a Sales Team capable of carrying out needed Sales and service initiatives.
    • Establish training programs for Sales staff to ensure an understanding of IP Centrum's unique value proposition.
    • Manage account profiles, Sales pipeline, and forecasts to achieve Sales targets.
    • Engage directly with significant potential clients to secure new business deals.
    • Innovate and implement Sales processes that reflect the unique challenges of the IP services industry.

    Who you are

    • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have the drive and initiative to set up a sales function from the ground up. You are comfortable in a startup-like environment, proactive, ready to take on significant responsibilities, and capable of operating with high autonomy.
    • Experience in Building Teams: You have experience in hiring, training, and leading Sales teams. You are adept at creating effective Sales strategies and leading from the front
    • Industry Agnostic with a Quick Learning Curve: We aren't looking for past experience in the IP industry. Instead we are looking for smart and intellectually curious professionals who can quickly grasp complex industries where precision is critical to success.
    • Strategic and Tactical: You think strategically to align the sales objectives with the broader company goals, and tactically to implement these strategies effectively.
    • Result-Driven and Data-driven: You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth, particularly in settings that require building client bases from scratch. You have a history using data to drive decisions and improve sales processes,
    • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: You must be an exceptional communicator and negotiator.
    • Innovative and Adaptive: You thrive in environments that require innovation and flexibility and arecomfortable with experimenting and adapting strategies based on market response and technological advancements in service delivery.
