    Description

    Are you a seasoned Senior / Lead Design Manager ready to step into a leadership position?

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Change Management Lead to join the team at the Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford.

    We aim to enhance our future project technical leadership by investing in top-notch Senior Design Managers utilizing our exceptional people and development strategies.

    What will your role involve?

    • Managing change both internally and externally raised
    • Overseeing the Change Management Software
    • Being a key reviewer of raised changes
    • Assigning roles within the LOR team and supply chain to compile/assess changes
    • Compiling the change response in Technical, Programme, and Commercial aspects
    • Conducting weekly reviews of change status with the LOR project executive
    • Weekly reviews of change status with client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
    • Communicating change management with project executives and client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
    • Reaching agreements on change with client Project Managers and Cost Consultants

    What skills & experience are we seeking?

    • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities
    • Detail-oriented mindset
    • A profound comprehension of the design management role across various contracts
    • Prior experience in managing all technical design process elements for large-scale projects, from bid to project completion
