    Job Description

    We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well stablished specialist finance brokerage as a Mortgage Advisor, where you'll be integral to growth plans and be a part of an industry leading business.

    Duties:

    • Carry out a appointments with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goals
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage options, rates, and terms
    • Evaluate clients' financial information to determine their eligibility for mortgage loans
    • Collaborate with lenders and case managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications
    • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in mortgage products and services
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders and other industry professionals

    Skills and experience:

    • Strong knowledge of financial services, particularly in the mortgage and specialist finance industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
    • Ability to analyse financial information and perform basic math calculations
    • 2+ years in mortgage advising, skilled in various loan types.
    • CeMap or equivalent qualification.
