    Description

    PMR is looking for a Resident Manager to join the on-site team at a large Build to Rent development in Manchester.

    Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

    • Collaborate with Resident Managers team to maintain an occupancy level of 95%.
    • Work with the team to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Assist in coordinating maintenance requests with in-house and external teams.
    • Ensure accurate data recording on Yardi.
    • Act as the main customer-facing representative for current and prospective residents, ensuring a top-notch experience from initial inquiry to move-in, and throughout the residency.
    • Listen, challenge, and drive improvements to exceed expectations and elevate living standards.
    • Achieve budgeted targets for occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure properties are move-in ready and all necessary paperwork is completed.
    • Develop precise inventories and condition schedules.
    • Conduct resident orientations to create a seamless move-in process.
    • Perform pre-move-out and move-out inspections and manage deposit returns.
    • Foster an environment that supports the General Manager in defining the resident proposition and achieving commercial success.
    • Show and present model apartments.
    • Lead the coordination and execution of events, social activities, and community programs to enhance the resident experience.
    • Handle inquiries and provide ongoing support and assistance to residents.
    • Accurately document all activities in alignment with company policies and procedures.

    Working Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week. 5 out of 6 days on a rotating schedule.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Prior experience in property management.
    • Familiarity with company processes, properties, and regulations.
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of effective customer service practices.
    • Ability to problem-solve and find solutions.
    • ARLA or similar property qualification preferred.
