External - Residents and customers, property management companies, third party suppliers
Work with team to deliver great customer service.
Ensure 100% accuracy of data recording on Yardi.
Ensure properties are ready for move-in and all required administration has been fully completed.
Create accurate inventories and schedules of condition.
To create an environment that enables the General Manager of New Maker Yards' to lead and define the overall resident proposition and deliver commercial performance.
Play a leading role in organising and delivering events, social and community initiatives to support the SRM Property and Resident Experience.
Handle incoming queries and provide excellent on-going support and aftercare to our residents.Accurately report and record all activity in line with Get Living controls, processes, and policies.
Previous property management experience
Working with company processes, properties and legislation
Excellent understanding of what makes good customer service
ARLA or equivalent property qualification desirable.
A balanced approach to support and challenge
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
