    Engagement Specialist with English and Portuguese

    The External Expert Engagement Organization Engagement Specialist provides a service that is high priority in ensuring that GSK continues to comply with internal and external regulations that encompass compliant engagement of HCP/EE and HCOs.

    These include (in conjunction with Senior Engagement Specialist and HUB Regional Director):

    ~ Support specific core HCP/EE and HCO Engagement processes for GSK Pharmaceuticals and ViiV Healthcare.

    Deliver operational support services to support specific therapy aligned Health Care Organization, Health Care Provider and External Expert engagements for local and cross-border/above country sponsored activity as required.

    Ensure Health Care Provider/External Expert travel is booked compliantly in line with GSK policy.
    Assist in the delivery of level 1 quality framework (checklists) and support of QA audits (level 2-3).
    Provide input into the design of appropriate training programmes and materials to support all staff training needs (e.g. e-learning modules, ways of working Navigator pages, process micro-sites, process flows, checklists).

    Adhere to quality monitoring frameworks to assure senior management of the delivery of HCO payments and TOV activities in accordance with internal standards and external regulatory and legal requirements.

    Studies in Business Administration, Project Management or similar careers.
    ~1+ years of experience in projects coordination or administrative roles.
    ~ Bilingual English and Portuguese, advanced level both written and spoken
    ~ Microsoft Office Knowledge

    Knowledge of R&D clinical development and/or medical affairs
    Career at one of the leading global healthcare companies.
